Yes, our treats are suitable for all life stages including puppies, adults, and senior dogs. We recommend waiting till your puppy is at least 8 weeks old to introduce treats and chews.

Unlike high-heat processing, air-drying and dehydrating allows us to seal in the nutrients and freshness of each treat.

Since our treats are natural and free from preservatives we recommend feeding within one year of opening.

Yes we do! Place an order online and select curbside pickup at checkout. We are open for curbside pickup Monday thru Thursday from 10am-6pm and Friday from 2pm-6pm.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50! For orders under $50 shipping will be calculated based on location and cart total at checkout.

If you are a subscriber toCali Raw, then you can add our treats to your subscription. However, we don't have a subscription box for Crafted Treats.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please contact support@caliraw.com with your order number and product details. Orders cancelled before shipment/fulfilment will receive an 80% money-back refund will be issued due to a 20% restocking fee. 

We will not accept any returns once order has been shipped from our warehouse. If your product is damaged on arrival please provide pictures and details so we can do the best to serve you.
