AAFCO is the Association of American Feed Control Officials, a non-profit group who set nutritional and ingredient requirements in order to be claim pet food products as nutritionally complete. AFFCO provides a list of minimum amount of nutrition needed to be called "complete & balanced" which Cali Raw meets.
