At Cali Raw Nutrition, we formulate, produce & ship direct to your door biologically appropriate raw dog food, also know as the  B.A.R.F. diet.  We believe your dog deserves a high quality human-grade food, formulated to provide them with the complete & balanced nutrition canines need to thrive. Our recipes are formulated to not only be delicious & nutritious but also easily digestible for your dog's short digestive track.    

In our quest to provide your dog with optimal nutrition designed to enhance their health & longevity, we have responsibly & locally sourced our ingredients for their quality & holistic benefits.  Below is a list of our ingredients by formula, including the nutritional benefits of each. You will notice the absence of any preservatives, fillers, corn, dyes, grains, gluten, starches, synthetic vitamins etc. because our dog food is based on what nature intended & nothing more.

CHICKEN FORMULA

Chicken Neck- Provides protein, fat, fiber, and moisture intake.

Chicken- Provides protein, fat, essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. 

Chicken Gizzards- High in protein, iron, minerals, and vitamins C, E and B.

Chicken Heart- An excellent source of protein, B vitamins and iron.

Chicken Liver- Source of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, B Vitamins, Choline, Biotin, Omega 3, Omega 6, Folacin, Selenium.

Carrots- Rich in vitamins A and C, beta carotene, potassium and fiber.

Beef Kidney- A great source of protein, iron, zinc and folate too. It also provides your dog with essential fatty acids and vitamins A, D, E and K, as well as all of the B vitamins.

Broccoli- High in fiber, calcium, vitamin A and C and low in fat.

Kale- Great source of fiber, packed with Vitamins A, C, and E, as well as providing an important dose of calcium.

Apple- Rich in vitamins A, B, and C, calcium, fiber and pectin.

Salmon Oil (source of DHA)-High in omega 3 fatty acids which help with skin and coat health, brain development, allergies, joint health, and more while offsetting the omega 6 fatty acids in meat.

Magnesium Proteinate- Magnesium is the third largest mineral within bone and is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats.

Zinc Proteinate- Critical in the structure and function of cell membranes and supports a healthy immune response to disease.  It also helps with protein and carbohydrate metabolism and can support a healthy liver. Zinc also helps skin function and wound healing.

Vitamin E Supplement- Promotes cell function, fat metabolism, antioxidant.

Potassium Chloride- Helps your dog's body maintain fluid balance, while also helping with nerve and muscle functions.

Salt- Helps regulate proper blood pH levels, water balance, and nerve and kidney functions, while also enhancing the flavor of your dog’s food.

Inulin(Extract Of Chicory Root) - Helps increase calcium absorption and can be characterized as a prebiotic.

Copper Proteinate -Promotes red blood cells production, maintaining nerve cells, and immune function. It also plays a role in collagen formation, iron absorption, and energy production.

Manganese Proteinate- Plays a vital role in bone and cartilage development where it is necessary for joint health. It is also important in your dog’s nutrient metabolism, nervous system function, and normal bone development.

Thiamine Mononitrate- Provides vitamin B1 while helping your dog metabolize energy.

Iodine Supplement- Regulates thyroid function, supports a healthy metabolism, aids in growth and development, prevents certain chronic diseases like cancer and supports cognitive health in your dog.

Vitamin D Supplement-Regulates calcium and phosphorus levels.

TURKEY FORMULA

Turkey Neck- Provides protein, fat, fiber, and moisture intake.

Vitamin E Supplement - Promotes cell function, fat metabolism, and serves as an antioxidant. High-antioxidant foods have shown to improve vaccination response and increased memory T-cells.
